Driftpoint Atelier

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to evaluate and succeed with our BI programs.

How are Driftpoint Atelier courses different?

We teach decision-first BI. Every module ties artifacts to real executive choices, with governance and semantics woven into delivery. No generic demos—only patterns you can deploy.

Who should enroll?

BI leads, data product owners, analytics engineers, and executives sponsoring data initiatives. Tracks exist for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced leaders.

What is the time commitment?

Self-paced tracks average 10–20 hours. Cohorts and workshops are concentrated into 2–6 weeks with weekly live sessions and applied assignments.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of graded assignments and a final review. They attest to applied competency, not attendance.

What tools and platforms do you cover?

We are tool-agnostic. Patterns translate across modern stacks: SQL, modeling frameworks, orchestration, and visualization systems. We emphasize contracts, lineage, and semantics.

How does Fallows (favorites) work?

On the Catalog, click “Add to Fallows.” We store your selection in your browser’s local storage. Visit the Fallows page to review or remove items anytime.

Can my company purchase seats in bulk?

Yes. We provide volume pricing and private cohorts. Use the Cart or contact us for a tailored proposal aligned to your decision calendar.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a fair-use policy: full refunds within 7 days for self-paced courses if under 20% of content is consumed. Cohort refunds are prorated before the second live session.

How accessible are your materials?

We focus on contrast, keyboard navigation, transcripts, and captioned sessions. If you need accommodations, contact us and we will tailor access.
